In view of the situation that energy-saving maglev fans are widely used in the sewage treatment process of pulp and paper, pharmaceutical, chemical, printing and dyeing, food and other industries, a large amount of heat generated by maglev fans cannot be cooled and dissipated due to the compression of air molecules and pipeline friction, and the generated fresh air with pressure is discharged into the biochemical tank. Especially in the high temperature season from August to September in summer, the temperature of fresh air rises sharply, and the maximum temperature of the maglev fan can reach about 120℃-140. The temperature of the water in the biochemical pond at the back end of the phase heating results in the high temperature of the water in the biochemical pond, which causes the large number of bacteria cultured in the pond to die, affecting the entire production process of sewage, and thus bringing huge economic losses to the customers.
